Terms & Conditions

For ALL sessions, including camps and schools

• Gymnasts are to remove ALL jewellery prior to their class. If jewellery cannot be removed for religious reasons, please make the head coach aware.
• Appropriate clothing is to be worn. T-shirts must be tucked into leggings/jogging bottoms or a leotard.
• Fees must be paid by the date specified, after this your child's place is no longer guaranteed.
• Parents are not permitted to sit in the gymnasium during the session.
• During any 'watching' sessions, photos and videos are not permitted.

Refunds

• Unless a class is cancelled by the club, I am not entitled to a refund for missed classes.
• I understand that if I sign up for the term and I withdraw my child I will not be refunded.
